If you were to search Google for “symptoms of depression”, 608 million results would appear. If you were to also search for “symptoms of anxiety”, you would find a staggering  414 million results.  We decided not to list the signs of depression in this section (you can find more than 60 different symptoms of depression on the Internet). We believe that if you suffer from depression, you will already know it, and if you are not sure, you most likely don’t have depression.

We do not use pseudoscience in our treatments. If we suggest a specific diet in combination with therapy, we will advise you on the most current scientific evidence supporting our treatment plan.
